1. Booking & Reservations:

• To secure your wedding date with DV Wedding Photography,  a non-refundable deposit are required.
• The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The date is only considered booked once both the  deposit is received.

2. Payment:

• The remaining balance of the photography package is due no later to be paid  before the wedding date.
• Payments can be made via  bank transfer, credit card, cash.
• Failure to submit the final payment by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation & Refunds:

• In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made  before the wedding date may be subject to additional fees.
• DV Wedding Photography reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or acts of nature. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full.

4. Image Delivery:

• DV Wedding Photography will provide a selection of edited high-resolution images from the wedding day.
• The number of images delivered will vary depending on the photography package chosen.
• Images will be delivered via digital download or another agreed-upon method.
• The turnaround time for image delivery is typically few months after the wedding date, depending on workload and editing complexity.

5. Usage Rights:

• DV Wedding Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during the wedding.
• Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the images for printing, sharing on social media, and personal use.
• Clients may not sell or distribute the images for profit without written consent from DV Wedding Photography.

6. Model Release:

• By engaging the services of DV Wedding Photography, clients grant permission for their images to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials.
• Clients have the option to request privacy for certain images or decline the use of their images for promotional purposes.

7. Travel & Accommodation:

• Travel fees may apply for weddings located outside of specified area.
• Clients are responsible for providing reasonable accommodations for DV Wedding Photography if the wedding location is far  from the photographer’s base.

8. Liability:

• While every effort will be made to capture all requested photos, DV Wedding Photography is not liable for missed shots due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, DV Wedding Photography will make reasonable efforts to secure replacement equipment and/or provide a partial refund if necessary.

9. Client Cooperation:

• Clients agree to cooperate with DV Wedding Photography and follow any instructions given by the photographer to ensure the smooth running of the photography sessions.
• DV Wedding Photography is not liable for suboptimal results if clients fail to cooperate or follow instructions.

10. Amendments & Modifications:

• These Terms & Conditions may be subject to amendments or modifications at the discretion of DV Wedding Photography.
• Clients will be notified of any changes to the Terms & Conditions in writing.

11. Agreement:

• By engaging the services of DV Wedding Photography, clients acknowledge that they have understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
